The biggest swimming festival of our country and the Mediterranean  ''International Arena Aquamasters Swimming Championship''  On 4-5 August 2018  to 1,000  hosted the closest registered athlete.  

Istanbul Governor's Office  under the auspices of  Turkish Swimming Federation, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Adalar Municipality  and  Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports  Organized by Heybeliada Water Sports Club on 4-5 August 2018 in coordination and cooperation with  The 8th International Arena Aquamasters Swimming Championship has been held annually in May and October since May 2015.  “Our common passion is; our love for water  organized with the motto of making swimming love popular among people of all ages.  and with the 8th, ten thousand from 35 different countries to date.  an innovative set of championships in which the athlete participates.

Aquamasters, which defines its general principles as "to contribute to the awareness of swimming, to convey that swimming is a very special sport that can be done at all ages, and to instill a love of the sea in athletes of all ages who have devoted themselves to swimming," together with its vision partners, all supporting institutions and organizations and all participants. Together they signed another successful organization. 

  Adalar District Governor Mustafa Ayhan and Adalar Mayor Atilla Aytaç, who opened the championship, stated that they have been supporting the International Arena Aquamasters Swimming Championships since the first day, within the scope of the championship.  They stated that the State, Local Authorities and Private Sector came together and made significant contributions to sports and sports tourism.  

Championships;

On Saturday, August 4, Setur Marinas 4x500 m Relay Race 75 teams and 300 athletes
 

  August 5th  morning  Started at 09.30 at Burgaz Island Islands Water Sports Club and ended at Heybeliada Water Sports Club.  The Peugeot Open Water Swimming Championship was held with the participation of 650 athletes.
